How long does shipping take?
Orders ship within 1–2 business days via USPS. Delivery typically takes 3–5 business days across the US.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes — free USPS shipping on US orders over $45. Orders under $45 ship for a flat $5.99.
Do you ship internationally?
Not yet — we currently ship within the United States only. International shipping is on our roadmap.
Will I get a tracking number?
Yes. Every order includes USPS tracking emailed to you as soon as your package ships.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We accept returns on unworn items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund to the original payment method.
How do I start a return?
Email [email protected] with your order number and we'll send a return label and instructions.
Do you offer exchanges?
Yes — if you'd like a different size or piece, contact us and we'll arrange an exchange.
Materials & Care
Is your jewelry hypoallergenic?
Yes. All three materials — Stainless Steel, Silver 925, and 14K Gold — are hypoallergenic and nickel-free.
Will it tarnish?
Stainless Steel and 14K Gold are highly tarnish-resistant. Silver 925 can oxidize over time but polishes back to shine easily.
Can I wear it in the shower?
Stainless Steel and 14K Gold: yes. Silver 925: occasional exposure is fine, but daily showers will dull the finish faster. See our care guide.

How secure is checkout?
All payments are processed by Stripe with end-to-end encryption. We never see or store your full card details.
What payment methods do you accept?
All major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), plus Apple Pay and Google Pay at checkout.

Can I change or cancel my order?
